Shipping Information

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Upon verification of your payment, we will take 1-2 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your order via our delivery service partners.

The time taken for your order to reach you will depend on the mode of delivery you have chosen. Do note that delivery times might be delayed during peak seasons (e.g. New Year, Christmas). Self-collection is by-appointment only. Please refer to the delivery times below:

  • Self-collection at our warehouse: 1 working day
  • Standard courier: 2 to 3 working days after pick up.

What are the shipping rates?

All local orders are shipped via standard courier at a flat rate of $3.50. Standard courier service is complimentary for orders above $50.

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped with the tracking number or through your Orders page.

Do you ship internationally?

To all our international friends, we appreciate your support for Kindred Teas! We offer international shipping to customers outside of Singapore. However, shipping rates will vary according to the destination and total weight of the package. During check out, you will be given options as to which delivery service you would like to opt for.

I would like to send my friends some teas. Do I have to make separate orders?

Yes, each order you make is only for one delivery address. For example, if you would like to send 2 friends gifts, you will have to make 2 separate orders.

It has been more than the stipulated delivery time and I have yet to receive my order. What should I do?

Please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team via email or through the Contact Us page, and we will gladly assist you in tracking your order. We ask for your patience and to only contact us regarding late deliveries, only if it has been more than 5 working days since your order was placed.

Can I self-collect my order?

If you would like opt for self-collection, do drop us an email so that we may assist you. Self-collection will be by appointment only, on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

How do I leave a message for the recipient?

Please purchase a "Personalised Greeting Card" (under our Gifts collection) and key in your message (max. 50 words). Do not use the "Special instructions to seller" box in the shopping cart for messages.

How are your orders packaged?

All orders are packed in kraft mailing boxes, and sealed with our logo sticker to prevent any tampering of our parcels. We do not have any gift boxes at the moment.
